Partnering with Assegai Design and Build, the project’s architect and builder, we took on the full structural design of this striking 3-storey home with a basement, delivering comprehensive solutions for a side and rear extension, loft, and basement. As structural engineers and technical consultants, we managed complex structural details on-site, oversaw steelwork installation with precision, and designed bespoke floor lenses to bring natural light into the space, while addressing all technical challenges to ensure a seamless execution.
