Partnering with Plurimo, the project’s builder, we were brought on board to handle the planning permission, full structural design, and project management for this stunning ground floor side and rear extension, as well as a loft conversion. Our role also included preparing a comprehensive tender pack for Plurimo, which provided the schedule of quantities and pricing necessary for the project.
The ground floor extension features a striking open-plan kitchen and living area, enhanced by a large skylight along the side extension that brings in abundant natural light. A sleek Crittall door seamlessly connects the indoor living space to the outdoors, creating a bright and airy atmosphere throughout the home.
As part of the design team, we worked closely with the clients to ensure both the structural and architectural design elements were executed to the highest standards, aligning with their vision and delivering a beautiful, functional living space.
