We’ve completely revamped this lovely Chiswick home in West London with a stunning rear and side ground-floor extension, creating a bright open-plan kitchen, a super cozy loft conversion, and all the preparation needed for a future basement. We were brought in to handle the structural design, creating a bespoke cantilevered roof and a sleek, custom-designed glass corner. Partnering with Assegai Design and Build, a firm specializing in architecture and construction, we’ve transformed this space into an open, airy home filled with natural light. Additionally, as project managers, we ensured everything stayed on track, keeping the levels precise for the future basement excavation. Now, it’s a warm, bright, and happy space for the family.
